So you find part of your day is spent filling out forms and your boss has a lot more ‘other’ work that he wants done, you need to find a faster way to fill out these forms.

When you first started the job you typed in all the fields quickly realized that is extremely slow and wasted a lot of your valuable time, especially with the boss dumping more work on you.

Then it dawns on you that you can copy and paste some of the information into the form, things are starting to move a little faster and you are starting to save a little time. How to delete or rename blocked file or folder

How often have you tried to delete or rename a file or folder and got “Cannot delete xxx: It is being used by another person or program.” ?

Unlocker is a tool which will help you removing such objects. Very simple but useful tool. Today it did help me, maybe tomorrow it will come in handy to you.

7-Zip is a file archiver with a high compression ratio. Absolutely free and ready to use for anybody, I use it more that a few years. Also it has handy command line version - I use this feature in my .bat files for automatically archive my source files, I am very lazy to find good backup software:)

I could not download videos from YouTube before. I view them, and had to run the page once again to watch some interesting video again. Not long ago I found tool that can help me. It is YouTube Downloader from BienneSoft.

YouTube Downloader allows to download videos from YouTube and other sites. It can also help convert them to other video formats (i.e. for Ipod or Cell Phone).
The program has user-friendly interface and is easy to use. You specify URL for the needed video and click “Ok”. Thats all.
One more advantage is that YouTube Downloader is freeware.

Nice File Search Tool

Imagine that you need to find some string in your files. This task can be done by Windows standart search tool. It will show you the list of files, which contain your string. Then you need to view these files to find the string there. Having a list of lines from these files containing the searched string would be more convenient.
PRGrep gives you such opportunity.

I sometimes use this utility, but not very often. Maybe, it would be interesting for software developers, journalists and writers.

Program offers a number of filters, such as filter on files names or filter to exclude some files names.
There are several search modes: plain text, search all the words, search at least one word, binary search, search with regular expression, case sensitive or insensitive search.
You may export search results into the Windows clipboard, text, HTML or XML file.

Do you use FireFox? If no, download and try it immediate:) As for me I don’t like it, but there are a lot of people which think that FF is the best browser in whole word.
